OUR KITCHEN
Our kitchen is known for authentic Argentine flavors. We work with top-quality beef sourced from animals that graze freely on the vast pampas of Argentina and are fed exclusively natural food.
In addition to tender steaks, we also offer flavorful fish dishes, homemade South American tapas, and extensive mixed grills. Everything is prepared fresh with passion and craftsmanship.
We visited Brazza during the Wine-Spice walk. We were served delicious rib fingers with a matching wine. For us, this was the tastiest dish of the entire Wine-Spice walk. Rick, our waiter for the moment, took fantastic care of us! A nice, atmospheric restaurant with tasty food and good service. We will definitely be back again!

On a cold January afternoon, there is little atmosphere to be found in Valkenburg, and that includes the almost empty Brazza at that moment. It is not the interior's fault; you can feel South America in every corner. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and it was a bullseye. Deliciously cooked and beautifully seasoned. The accompanying Tripel Karmeliet was a fine complement. The service was neat and polite.
