OUR KITCHEN
Our kitchen is known for its authentic Argentinean flavours. We work with top quality beef, from animals that graze freely on the vast pampas of Argentina and are fed only natural food.
In addition to tender steaks, we also offer tasty fish dishes, home-made South American tapas and extensive mixed grills. Everything is freshly prepared, with passion and craftsmanship.
We visited Brazza during the Wine-Spice walk. We got delicious rib fingers with a matching wine. For us this was the tastiest dish of the entire Wine-Spice walk. Rick, our waiter for the moment, took great care of us! Nice, atmospheric restaurant with delicious food and good service. We will definitely come back again!

On a cold January afternoon there is little atmosphere to experience in Valkenburg, so also not in the at that moment almost empty Brazza. It is not due to the interior, you feel South America in every corner. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and that was a bull's eye. Deliciously cooked and nicely seasoned. The accompanying Tripel Karmeliet was a nice addition. The service was neat and polite.
